The story

The Annexe is a black timber building on a family farm, two miles outside the village of Quainton. It has its own entrance and sits apart from the main house. Inside it's one open studio with a vaulted ceiling, stone floors with underfloor heating, and a shower room tiled in green and white stripes.

Out the back there's a patio with loungers and a daybed, and if you time it right you'll see the horses being worked in the arena next door. Zara's family keeps hens and ducks, and guests often find fresh eggs waiting in the fridge. Across the yard is a heated indoor pool, which you can book for your own private use.

Horses in the arena, hens in the yard, and a heated indoor pool you can book for your own private swim.
